was off today.. then very suddenly, someone called to say tt he would be coming out to mainland for a few hours! hahaha.. so yup yup.. got to see my darling for like.. 3 and a half hours b4 he had to go back to camp again..

we went to tampines.. wanted to catch a movie but there were no available time slots.. and the only available time slot was for king kong and it was a 3 hour movie tt would make him late for his boat boat.. so we had ice cream instead.. super filling arh!!! and ohhh… we took neoprint again.. the neoprint idea fm miao.. and she and eug takes neoprint every mth.. so i wanted it too! then she was there saying tt we always take alot of photos.. unlike them.. tt’s why she will insist.. will upload the pics one i scan them in ba!

i like neoprints.. it’s like instant photoshop effects.. with clearer skin, bigger eyes, fairer complexion.. yada yada yada.. but then again, it’s not as though i need it.. HA!

and we went shopping. =) went to m!industires and bought more clothes.. hahaha.. i amde him try out a pink mickey mouse t-shirt and he was haw-ing and squirming and making alot of noise.. hahaha but it really look nice on him ma.. so i got it for him nonetheless. =) and pls.. when he brought it back, at the ferry terminal, his fren wanted to see it and HIS FREN SAID IT WAS NICE. ok! it shows tt i’ve got good taste. as always. WHAHAA.. and ohhh.. the things there are nt very exp.. maybe cos i got 30% discount arh.. haha.. and their bags were really nice as well.. great shop! must visit!

christmas together.. =)

since yest we din get to eat at home, today he wanted to cook.. hehehee.. he was planning to prepare a nice little homecooked candlelight dinner for me.. sweet rite! he was supposed to come find me after work today but he was super tired tt he kinda over slept and woke up only at 6.30.. it was ok arh.. cos orchard also got road closure.. so no point coming as well..

he picked me up at eunos mrt station instead and we went to parkway to buy the foodstuff. took a long time arh.. haha cos we couldnt decided wat to get.. and rented dvds too.. so when we got home, he was preparing halfway then his brother came to help.. in the end, i was talking to casi while he and the brother cooked.. hahahha wat a good deal.. so when everything was done we invited jon and casi to join for dinner but they said they had macdonald’s already… so very full.. haha.. actually i was also very full arh.. at work i had some kind of christmas party.. then they made food, bought food, bought cakes.. waaaa… then almost couldnt finish the food tt darling made. but its ok.. cos he finished everything afterall..  heee =)

watched  phamton of the opera next. surprsingly he din fall asleep but he asked me an interesting question… why muz they sing their lines? not talk. darling, this is a musical made into a movie.. of cos they sing their lines!! hehehhe… but it think overall it was ok la..

and so this is christmas 2005..

but at least i got to work morning.. so can leave in the evening.. dun ahve to spend xmas eve in there.. but cos we couldnt decided where to eat and such, i tot we were having dinner at home and wore quite simple.. met him after work and he was like faster faster go.. if nt late.. i was like huh?? go where? then he dragged me to marche.. not before we went upstairs to the instant photo achine and took passport sized photos first.. hahaha.. was really very funny cos the booth was pretty small and we were squeezing in it.. got the idea fm the movie a lot like love where the poster was also this couple taking pics in the insatnt booth.. but those pics are 4 diff ones.. this one is the same.. but its ok.. =)

then we went to marche at heeren.. and ooohhh… the queeue was like a snake, winding and up the stairs.. siao.. marche food that nice to eat meh? he then suggested driving to suntec to eat at the marche outlet. (wats up with the marche thing?) so ok we went there… the first instance of weird thing was when he drove out of the carpark, it showed tt he was there for about 2 hours plus but he told me tt he reached at 5+.

went past raffles city and ohhh.. the tree was so nice!! like it was lighted with golden fairy lights.. totally gorgeous.. and thankfully suntec’s marche wasnt tt crowded.. but some pple made reservations so they could cut queeue.. that was when i knew tt he tried to make a reservation at the marche at heeren… such a swetie. but they told him tt they dun do reservations.. so he was like.. if he knew here can he would have come here to make reservation then we wouldnt have to wait… awwww… =) he also considered NYDC when marche was full but remembered tt i juz ate it yest… really, he really very sweet.

so we went in.. 2 pple easy to get table ma.. i had some super nice lobster pasta then he had a steak.. then their super famous mushroom soup! (tt was why we came to marche in the first place! he knows i like the mushroom soup!) and the ice cream waffle.. ate till super full.. so we paid and bought this small little gingerbread shoting star that spelled L-O-V-E.

decided to walk walk around to digest the food and we saw tt suntec is still haveing the care bear umbrella promotion.. so if we can spend $150 in max 3 reciepts can get the umbrella.. =) so we go buy a jigsaw puzzle.. the pic was mickey and minnie sitting down near the river looking at fireworks.. i wanted to get either the one at the cafe or the one at the balcanoy but he prefers tt so okies… =)

and yes.. we managed to get the umbrellas and a lucky draw coupon. heee..

decided to go home after tt.. then when i got into the car i stepped on something. was like oops.. i knew tt something was there cos i accidentially kicked it the first time round when i got inside.. i tot it was his parent’s water bottle or something. so i was like.. shit.. did i flatten their bottle? so i looked. and it was a present. worse. did i juz stepped on his parent’s present? so i took it out and showed it to him. lucky the box wasnt dented lor.. then he was like ohh.. tt’s for u.. then i was *stunned look* he’s juz soooooo sweet!! and there was a huge envolope hanging above my head all the time and i din see it..

then he told me tt while we were walking to the car park at heeren, ther was a duspin fill with paper bags, paper and stuff.. all is he throw one.. it seems like someone was in town since 3+ but told me tt he was sleeping at home and was shopping around for an xmas gift for me.. wat a sweetie.. he also saw tt i noticed the time tt he had parked inside tt’s why he faster drove out and changed topic.. and i din notice it.. hmm.. circled round orchard road to look at the lightings and saw alot of services being held.. everywhere’s so nicely lit..

so we got home and opened presents.. he gave me a wallet.. said tt he was going to all the wallet shops dunno how many times before deciding on this one… really really very sweet… and his handmade card also… the card he did at home b4 he left and he brought out paper, siccors and other materials to wrap the present in the car.. tt’s why the dustbin was filled with all his materials. then he hid the pencil box so i wouldnt see and guess wat he was doing… the effort put into surprising me.. really realy very touching..

so after thurs comes fri…

had work. total blah.. so after work got changed and lugged the presents to meet the 3 little pigs..   hahahaha.. miao was supposed to meet me at 6.30 lei at taka but when i smsed her at 6.45 she told me tt she was at yishun waiting for amy. total best. 

so ya la… while waiting i was shopping at wisma.. see taka till sian le.. and aiyooooooo… it seems like the whole of singapore are at orchard lei… the whole tunnel totally packed with pple.. grrrr…. then my feet also hurt fm standing the whole day.. so i took refuge at esprit till i remembered about my blades then went to world of sports to check it out but they dun have much designs arh.. so its ok..

ohhhhhh… i got my first pay slip.. but grace say will only be credited tml.. its ok with me.. heheh.. then i saw the pearl necklance i was telling him tt i wanted to buy.. it kinda costs $70.. well.. freshwater pearls ma… =) finally met them at 7.30 *scrowls* then we decided to eat at NYDC. without a reservation. so while walking there i can already anticipate the queeue lor!! took a slow stroll down there stopping and shopping along the way..

and yup.. i was right… the queeue was long. but not as long as the one at sakae sushi.. hahha.. so yup yup.. we waiting then juz as we got the table, sarah came. smart ass lei tt ger.. but it was b’cos her work ended late.. poor thing. but she got a fat bonous lor!! so nt very poor thing after all.. hahaa… had a great dinner.. but we left rather quickly cos there was damn noisy.. like a market like tt… and no.. we din contribute to the noise… hahaha

left and went to find a quieter palce. considered tcc at shaw but they close too early le… so went to the coffee bean at forumn instead. so we sat, drank and talked. mainly about bgr.. hmmm… will be surprised how much our lives changed.. and amy’s so gonna change a new bf.. hehehe!! (hope tt rave doesnt read this) then opened presents.. amy gave her yearly pen to us.. only this year they are much much fatter. haha miao gave us some paper holder thingy.. totally cute. sarah said tt she’s gonna mail it to us this yr.. so innovative! hahaha..

then we went shopping. late night shopping is sooooo cool! hahaha… sarah needed to get present for colleagues ma… so within 20 mins, she managed to get about 10 gifts.. total style.  

and then we went home… took the last train.. for me and miao at least.. sarah has no more train.. poor darling.. so she tooka cab fm town.. tt silly ger wanted to take a cab fm yishun with us… thankfully we managed to convince her.. =) then amy went home with tt guy… (nope.. nt the bf) hahaa… =X

hopefully we would be meeting up again soon during the new yr! cos i miss them already! hehehehe…

ps: eventually i bought my pearl necklance too! at tangs and it only costs $40 although amy was insisting tt i can get it for $10 at far east.. hahahaha…

i dun care wat others say but this yr juz has to be the best of the xmas lightings.. cos i got to view it with the one i love…. awwwwwwwwwww…

we went on thurs… after the swim.. so knda tired arh… tok a cab to suntec dragged him to see the lightings at suntec… it kinda looks 10 times nicer then on tues.. so after tt, we headed down to marina sq cos i realised tt i ahve nv saw the lightings there… so we walked but we din see anything… hmmm… i wonder why..

and since we are already so near to esplanade, and i ahvent been there for the longest time, we detoured there and ohhhh…. wat a gd choice… the artwork on display now is actually a patchment and its super cute.. they also have a mini stage in the center of the atrium surrounded by xmas trees.. and it looks really quaint.. so we ended up spending a bit of time over there b4 going to orchard…

pple should know by now tt i’m working at orchard ya.. so hmmm… i get to see the orchard lightings everyday.. and its because i get to see the lightings everyday tog with all the couples tt are taking photos with each other, tt’s why i wanted us to have pics too.. hehehehe… so we went to wisma, taka, center point, kiliney post office, and the one beside center point.. then we went home… cos really very tired le… next day still muz work.. haha

and when we went to the one at taka, the luckydraw boy was like… wa lao why u off still come back.. siao arh… hahaha

so cool……. hahahahaha christmas is finally looing like christmas…

tt’s cos i’m juz lazy to type out wild wild wet.. hahahaa… oh we finally went there!! yippee!! bt we din take any photos… but its ok..

we went there last week on a thurs.. tt’s my off day and sweetie purposely changed off with his colleague to come out to acc me.. awwwwww.. but in the end, he came out on the night b4 as his meh meh sprained his leg then has to go to the hospital then he has to send him and it was too late for him to go back so theyt juz asked him to stay out and he came to find me after he drove the injured sheep back to hos place in bt batok. so there. phew…. tt’s a very long sentence. and i typed it all in one breadth. haha..

so yup. he kinda reached my palce at about 1+.. and waited till about 6.30 when mother left for work then took me to his place to rest for a while first b4 we go to w3 to play water.. ahaha.. but then it rained.. total blah.. we went anyways though.. it was a great thing tt we did cos when we reached the place, it stopped raining.. haha.. =)

so we changed and got in.. and he was complaining tt it was too exp.. haha so many pple there might wan to review the prices.. hehehe.. after changing.. (took a lot of time cos he was insisting tt i change in the changing room even though i have already wore it underneath.. but nvm..) then he was nt happy again cos my costume covers very little.. -.-" 

but honestly his covers even lesser.

so.. we went to play the rides… but nt all arh.. cos he scared of heights.. hehe =) really quite fun.. except for the bicycle thing… its very flimsy lei!!! especially when its turning… gives one the feeling tt it might drop like tt.. and when u look down. best.

we had the durian puffs at the place and its one of the best~~ maybe its bcos i was starving.. hahaha and we saw they have this create ur own stuff toy and i tot of pestering him for it but he has the duh look so i though otherwise.. hahaha… i like soft toys. *hint hint* (but its ok… he doesnt read my blog anymore.. haiz..)

after tt we changed and went back to his place and rested. i wonder why but after swimming, always feels super tired… is it the chlorine? anyways, we both fell asleep and when we woke up it was time to leave again to see the lightings. have been waiting for this all year! haha..

it finally looking alot like christmas!

i met up with my dears yest for part one of the christmas dinner.. had it at kushin bo at suntec. havent eaten there for mths.. but standard like dropped le… and i realise something.. bee and jem dun take salmon sashimi. HOW CAN!!!!! hence, i’ve decided next time to come to a jap buffet with ter, cx and wil.

the lightings at suntec are fantastic!! will be dragging darling there tml… tml!! ohhhhhhhh… i cant wait… =) we met at cityhall then bee was carrying two big boxes.. lalalala… =) i like big boxes. it means big presents. then met jem.. ohh.. we totally missed the care bear shows.. but its ok.. so when we reached the place, it was like bam.. fully pack with a long waiting list. bee forgot to make reservation.. so we had to wait.. oh well… it doesnt matter.

shortly, we got bar counter seats. i honestly think it was because the waiter saw ME looking so sweet and gorgeous tt’ why he let us jumped the queeue. there muz be wat… 2 groups of pple infront of us! haiz… both of them muz really thank me.. wat will they do without me. tsk…

so we started eating. i was starving lor… but after some octopus and salmon sashimi and a few pieces of sushi, kinda full le.. hahhahahaa… but we still took some tepanyaki.. and tempura.. and then it’s deserts le!!! horrible bee dun let me eat anything fried.. but i secretly ate the prawn scallop and soft shell crab when she wanst looking… whahaahaha.. shhhhhhhhhhhh

so deserts….. nice nice nice!! i din take the ice cream for once.. but we kinda took everything else.. hahaha chocolates, jelly, elicars, cream puff (its damn nice!!) chocolate mousse… lalala… all the sweet stuff.. and we were really damn full… kinda not worh going to buffet with the 2 of them lor… tsk… eat a little full le.. why the family behind us had a big plate of prawns… a big plate of crabs… a big plate of sushi, a big plate of….. u get the idea.. that’s a model singaporean ma!

so we decided not to look at them… wait they beat us… and open presents!! lalala.. bee got me bird’s nest.. VERY GOOD. VERY FILIAL.. haahaa.. cos of my throat.. but hey.. i’m not complaining, EXCUSE ME, I’VE GOT BIRD’S NEST TO DRINK LEI…. then jem got me a super delicate and gorgeous handphone trinklet.

and because bee got me bird’s nest, we were saying tt she got jem chicken essence. hahaha… cos his box is slightly smaller… but nahz… she got him perfume and shower gel. =) bee got a book fm jem.. i totally love christmas!!

we wanted to take a side trip to orchard to see the lightings but jackson called bee and yeahh… we know wat happens next. so me and jem continued shopping. thank christmas for extended shopping hours!! i so pity the staff at robinson.. hahaa… jem bought for his ‘fren’ perfume. (i so hope he doesn;t see this…) and i tot of getting a bottle for someone as special too… (i hope he doesn’t see this too)

see how la… =) and ohh…. we have plans for a new yr eve’s party… so it time to start cracking!! count down to new yr eve….. 10 days!!

to all those tt have been worrying, thanks…

but really, all is fine.

cos ultimately, still, we both know..

that we love each other..

and nothing will change that..

not anytime soon.

and for something we both cherish so much and long to keep,

i will do all it takes to keep it going.
