i like it! fm the very first one to the most recent 1.. mummy hates it though… cos she can never understands wats it trying to say.. haha.. anyways this latest one.. bout the rabber gatsby, they are using takuya kimura. not that i know who he is, but he looks very cute in the ad commerical. and oh! i just found out that he was part of SMAP. i remember watching this jap talent search programme way back in sec sch with amy and we like SMAP and AARASHI and wat nots.. wonder is its the same.. *shrugs*

i had FINALLY submited my application for the intake of the mass communications coz for global sim. soon, i be accpeted, grad with distinction, go to aussie, complete honours and u will see my title would be BA (Mass Comms.) (Hons) or something like that. totally cool.

and i would know the results of my application by end july and classes will commerce in early sep.. which would be near to my D&D date.. jem called in the afternoon to say tt he got accepted into his eng-chi translation coz (grats dearest jem!!) and asked when was the cut off date for mine.. cos he wanted to apply for mine instead and be classmates with me once again… its real sweet of him but erm…. am i the only one who is finding this weird?

Anyways, i did lots of 1st time thingies today! for instance,

1) i showed support for McDonalds funding by getting shrek ears!! it din really matter that i looked like an idiot while wearing this and walking all the way to sch cos of someone’s request.. (wat to do… bday maaaa. bday big maaaa) but its ok ahh.. helping children.. we all should cultivate the habit to do good deeds. what goes round comes round people!

2) i tried ice skating!!! it’s really very cool!! it’s a little like rollerblading.. only fun-er! i did fell though.. twice.. and now there are 2 bruises near to my knees.. one is humongous! there got loads of pros lor.. then kinda blocked the noobie highway.. was ther for 2 hours.. and hey hey.. at the end of lesson one, i managed to move, and turn. and with the help of support, we could move with speed.. hehehehe.. try it! go to fuji ice palace @ jurong entertainment center. (its the only rink in s’pore now!) prices are bout $14 / 2 hours and bout $4 for skates rental. bring gloves, cos it’s complusary to wear them inside the rink.

3) caught a toy! you know those machines where u would have to insert $1 to catch a toy.. i caught one!! on my 1st attempt!! i’m sooooooooooooo happy! ok.. u cant see it very clearly… but it’s an egg.. a golden one.. with straps.. it’s fm tamagotchi, and it’s supposed to be a pruse of some sort. i was trying to catch a minnie mouse but after 2 tries, i decided to change target and got this one instead! yay~! and that’s me with my kill! whahahahahaha… show u another bigger picture.. i got cat ears too! haha… but this wasnt caught.. this was by luck.. the put in money turn the handle and collect ur toy thingy.. and i got marie the cat ears.. which is very cute! i like! hahaha 

4) ate at a signature restaurant! we had dinner at vivo city’s earle swensen’s. and there was this male being, who BOWED at me and gestered for me to move in.. (soooooooo suave!!! all guys should learn this move lor!!) easily sending butterlies to my stomach.. and he drew out a chair for me and tucked it in for me… sooooooooo sweet! i believe he is the supervisor or manager of the place ba.. cos his uniform’s different..

and b’cos of him, i kept smiling like silly during dinner.. the place has a rather nice ambience, quite relaxing, ‘cept for some large groups, food was so-so, not exactly fantastic.. we had crayfish and seafood pasta (for 2) and ice cream fondunt for dersert.. service wise.. ahh.. only a certain alan chong (the male being) was good.. we kinda had to wait like 15 mins for the fondunt.. so while waiting, we had lots of time to look erm… around. haha =) and that was where he said tt the male being is a malay. cos he has the features of one.. which i disagree.. so we betted the dinner on this.. and so, i called him over and asked him to serve the desert, all the time, looking at his name tag (hence we know his name)

in the end, we were too paiseh to ask, so when we went to pay for the meal, we wasked the cashier if he’s chinese.. and yup, he is. thanks for dinner!!! hahahaha… but he’s malaysian… which i did suspect he is ahh… fm sawarek.. and i did notice he looked a little like mervin the lucky draw boy. hairstyle ba..

after dinner, went walk walk and took photos of sentosa/ vivo night view and watched blades of glory.. it’s really really very funny. go watch it! (the picture was taken at vivo city, level 3.. i zooooooomed it till the max to take tt shot.. it sux, but if u look at it clearly, u can see the words SENTOSA) hahaha

it was like elise said, phantastic! the smart person that i went with, happily booked tickets right smack in the middle, 3 seats away from the sound control thingy.. we werent late, but everyone before us was already seated. so we had to excuse me excuse me past say 200 people b4 reaching our seats.

oooooooooooooooooooohhhh… i bought the programme.. but honestly, i haven’t really looked at it yet.. so thick.. and freaking exp.. those pple really very smart to make money.. and it wasnt helping that they were there shouting "LAST CHANCE to get your programmes!!!" hightly irritating. but it worked.

and yup.. zx, i can confirm with u tt the orchestra is flown in.. (if u see this ahh) their conductor is a lady somemore lor.. so cool.. it will be me someday ahh.. or maybe i will singing lessons and be christine.. but i guess maybe it would take me 50 years to develop my poor weak voice.

during the interlude, we got passes to go out! go toliet ma… i desperately needed the toliet sometime during the part when christine was playing the pageboy shaking her ass off. he wanted to have drinks inside but its kinda funny holding a glass of wine while standing amiss alot people, also just standing around. moreover, i neeeded the toliet. not another glass of wine.

after the interlude, went back for 2nd half, which was not as exciting as the first half.. kinda draggy actually.. and when it ended, the lamer who sat next to me was there.. ehhh.. lets shout encore!! luckily for himself he didn’t.. if not i would just smack him with my handbag..

bought more merchandise after tt.. the soundtrack!! which i ahve been listening to nightly.. so nice lor.. the one tt they were selling were sung by the 1st cast.. micheal smt and sarah brightman.. he wanted to get the mask… want to buy.. dun wan to buy.. want to buy.. dun wan to buy.. want to buy.. in the end, nv buy.. -.-""""

lingered around esplanade / waterfront, which was dead, then we walked over to clarke quay which was also dead.. its sunday ma… evetually, we went to tcc and had drinks then went home.. tcc is really a nice place to hang out after dark.. i like the clean concept..

Then i heard it on "click" where jim carrey and his on-screen hot babe wife were having their first kiss and this song was playing in the background. i still remember back then, we were watching it together but werent really on speaking terms. haha so it was awww so sweet but there’s no one to aw to.. =)

Today i heard it in the store, and somehow, i cant stop thinking bout it.. maybe its the tune, maybe its the lyrics, maybe its the history, maybe its just me being sentimental.

my tickets for phamton of the oprea are finally booked. like FINALLY. and it turns out tt i’ll be taking foyer stalls seats afterall. *shrugs* and oh.. bee would be watching it on the same day as me! just diff timings.. lets just hope tt she can change her time slot.

met them for dinner at din tai feng @ bishan which was delicious.. but i prefer the wisma outlet cos this one doesnt have the veggie tt i like. and jem bought cake.. that would be the 5th cake i ate in the week. and i’m certainly having cake-phobia now.

visited manfred at his place after dinner, and it was nice to know tt he’s doing good. *waves* he would be able to return back to school after month end which is a good sign.. and i beleieve that thing will be upwards from then on. =)

left his place bout 11.30 and guess what.. i din know how to walk home cos i wasnt familiar with the roads there.. haha serve me right for not paying attention when he walked me home in the past.. so wheile i was walking walking walking and decided to stop and cab home, i saw the swimming complex! ta daaaaaaa!

and i walked home after all. and i reached home. safely. on my own merits. *clap clap*

then today, today’s good.. i did practically everything tt i set out to do.. maybe later i would be cycling round the park then maybe i would read or watch my dvd at night.

indeed, life is more enriching now..

Once something i relished in, is now a distant part of my memories.

the stuff that gets you thinking at 2.33am in the morning.

i guess that it has never been truely gone.. though out of sight, its still in existance.

and blog history most certainly doesn’t help.

and i instinctively reached out for my book - For one more day. Cos it gets you thinking bout the "what if"s in life.
